We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "We’ve Got You Under Our Wing" etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About the role: The description about company, mission, remote role, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". Use "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities: The "Principal Duties & Responsibilities" list. - Requirements: Education & Experience Required. - Qualifications: maybe "Education & Experience Preferred" could be Qualifications or Skills. Also "What does it take to be successful at Aflac?" list of competencies; also "What does it take to be successful in this role?" list of knowledge/skills. Those could be Skills or Requirements. We need to decide. We have Pay: salary range given. Benefits: described in Total Rewards section. Schedule: Not mentioned besides remote role; no explicit schedule. So we should not include Schedule. We must not include headings with filler. So include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to extract lists. Let's parse: Company description: "We’ve Got You Under Our Wing We are the duck. We develop and empower our people, cultivate relationships, give back to our community, and celebrate every success along the way. We do it all…The Aflac Way. Aflac, a Fortune 500 company, is an industry leader in voluntary insurance products that pay cash directly to policyholders and one of America's best-known brands. Aflac has been recognized as Fortune’s 50 Best Workplaces for Diversity and as one of World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere.com. Our business is about being there for people in need. So, ask yourself, are you the duck? If so, there’s a home, and a flourishing career for you at Aflac. Worker Designation – This role is a remote role. This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance." That's prose for About the role. Next: "What does it take to be successful at Aflac?" then list: Acting as a Champion for Change, Acting with Integrity, Communicating Effectively, Demonstrating Initiative, Developing Talent, Managing Performance, Pursuing Self-Development, Serving Customers, Supporting Change, Supporting Organizational Goals, Working with Diverse Populations. That's a list of competencies; could be Skills. Next: "What does it take to be successful in this role?" then list of knowledge/skills: Broad knowledge of various quality concepts, etc. That's also skills/requirements. Could be merged into Skills or Requirements. But we already have Requirements (Education & Experience Required). Qualifications could be Education & Experience Preferred plus certifications. Skills could be the competency lists. We need to avoid duplication. Let's structure: - About the role (company description + remote work) - Responsibilities (Principal Duties & Responsibilities) - list. - Requirements (Education & Experience Required) - list? It's prose: "Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field Six to eight years of professional job-related work experience Or an equivalent combination of education and experience". Could be presented as

    • ... but it's not a list per se; we could still make list items. - Qualifications (Education & Experience Preferred) - list: Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt Certification, American Society for Quality – Quality Manager Certification, etc. - Skills (What does it take to be successful at Aflac? + What does it take to be successful in this role?) Could combine both lists. - Benefits (Total Rewards benefits description) - list of benefits. - Pay (salary range) - maybe just a

with the range. We must not include headings with filler like "not specified". All sections have content. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We must not include metadata like Job ID, location, etc. Could fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short

at top with location etc? But they said fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably better to drop it entirely, as not needed for the core content. But we could include a short

with location and job id if we want, but not as heading. Safer to drop. Thus output HTML fragment with sections. Let's craft:
