About the role
The role directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsibilities include cost, schedule, and technical performance management, proposal development, and customer liaison.
Responsibilities
- Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
- Manages activities for the Frigate Class and derivative platforms.
- Develops and maintains the Frigate class product and program configuration.
- Serves as primary liaison between Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Business Management, and Supply Chain Management teams.
- Interacts with Navy customer counterparts.
- Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to assemble reports.
- Maintains project progress through tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinates and tracks actions and commitments to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 8+ years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience.
- Master's degree and 6 years relevant experience preferred.
- Secret security clearance preferred.
- Familiarity with Ship design, configuration management, and change processes.

Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time shift with occasional travel requirement of 10%-25%.
