About the role

The role directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsibilities include cost, schedule, and technical performance management, proposal development, and customer liaison.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Manages activities for the Frigate Class and derivative platforms.
• Develops and maintains the Frigate class product and program configuration.
• Serves as primary liaison between Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Business Management, and Supply Chain Management teams.
• Interacts with Navy customer counterparts.
• Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to assemble reports.
• Maintains project progress through tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinates and tracks actions and commitments to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline plus 8+ years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience.
• Master's degree and 6 years relevant experience preferred.
• Secret security clearance preferred.
• Familiarity with Ship design, configuration management, and change processes.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time shift with occasional travel requirement of 10%-25%.
