About the Role
This position manages the Epic application, including new development and existing production support. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, fiscal stewardship, and all aspects of a project life cycle. The role involves mentoring and coaching on performance development and project management, with decision-making influence on large-scale projects.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 years of related healthcare or project and team management experience, including two years in a supervisory/management capacity. Experience should include leading large, complex system integration efforts or large software application projects.
