Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and make sound business decisions based on data
• Set clear expectations and coach/mentor team members
• Drive results and help customers solve large infrastructure problems
• Maintain processes and procedures for sales, accounting, safety, HR, and legal compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of Distribution Center operations experience
• Inventory management and purchasing experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience maintaining processes and procedures
• Understanding of DOT regulations
