Requirements

• Enjoys being hands on while able to delegate to others
• Enjoys problem solving and coming up with solutions for customers and team
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with people, not just paper
• Strong leadership skills and decisive
• Able to analyze reports and make sound business decisions based on data
• Provides clear expectations and enjoys coaching and mentoring others
• Enjoys driving results and helping customers solve large problems
• Understands the importance of maintaining processes and procedures for sales, accounting, safety, HR, and legal compliance
• Inventory management and purchasing experience
• Customer service experience
• 5+ years of Distribution Center operations experience
• Experience maintaining processes and procedures
• Understanding of DOT regulations

$62,353.20 - $79,369.26 per year
