Work Schedule
Every other weekend days
Environmental Conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed
- Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold
- Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
- No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Standing for full shift
- Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)
- Various outside weather conditions
- Warehouse
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
- Working at heights
Pay
Pay Range: $27 to $29.50
12-hour rotating shift (every other weekend) - 4 days on (Same start day) - Following week 3 days on

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or vocational/technical certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or process environment is required. Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or process environment is preferred. Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and equipment adjustments.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment specifications, technical manuals, and process diagrams
- Familiarity with utility and process systems including: Wastewater systems, CDA (Clean Dry Air), Nitrogen (N2), RODI systems
- Experience with process control systems; Emerson DeltaV experience preferred
- Working knowledge of CMMS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical & Working Conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including every other weekend

Compensation And Benefits
- The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $20.51–$30.76.
- This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
