Work Schedule

Every other weekend days

Environmental Conditions

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed
  • Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold
  • Laboratory Setting, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery)
  • No contact lens allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided
  • Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
  • Standing for full shift
  • Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)
  • Various outside weather conditions
  • Warehouse
  • Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
  • Working at heights

Pay

Pay Range: $27 to $29.50

12-hour rotating shift (every other weekend) - 4 days on (Same start day) - Following week 3 days on

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or vocational/technical certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or process environment is required. Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or process environment is preferred. Experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and equipment adjustments.

Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret equipment specifications, technical manuals, and process diagrams
  • Familiarity with utility and process systems including: Wastewater systems, CDA (Clean Dry Air), Nitrogen (N2), RODI systems
  • Experience with process control systems; Emerson DeltaV experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of CMMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical & Working Conditions

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production and manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including every other weekend

Compensation And Benefits

  • The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $20.51–$30.76.
