Overview
As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. You’ll carry out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.
Job Description
- Maintain all manufacturing equipment including automated manufacturing systems, robotic materials handling equipment, production equipment.
- Utilize working knowledge of PLC programming and controls hardware.
- Maintain and program industrial robotics.
- Perform trouble shooting, system analysis, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment.
- Rebuild and maintain equipment to meet high production output.
- Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative.
- Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
- May act as an informal team leader and provides assistance to other technicians with support tasks that require considerable judgment and initiative.
- May escalate difficult/complex issues to area Manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by Manager.
- Observe evaluate and suggest operational/design changes or maintenance needs based on performance, and Quality Assurance limits to maintain or increase efficiency of manufacturing equipment.
- Responsible for following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in performing above duties.
- Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Success Profile
- Strong management skills.
- Prior direct patient care experience.
- Automated manufacturing.
- PLC programming.
- Robot programming preferred.
- 5+ years’ related experience.
- Experienced in advanced automated processes, assembly, and packaging.
- Production manufacturing experience in regulated industry.
