Mezzanine Team Member Full Time

About the role:

Unclaimed Baggage is seeking a Mezzanine Team Member to interact with guests and ensure exceptional shopping experiences. This role requires a basic understanding of electronic technology and devices, though not necessary to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a one-on-one sales environment
• Help guests locate items and provide technical information about electronic devices
• Ensure merchandise is organized and showcase areas are clean and dusted
• Maintain neat cash wrap and showcase areas
• Report all suspicious activity or shoplifting to Asset Protection Manager
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Light to moderate lifting required
• Repetitive motion required

Qualifications

• General knowledge of electronic devices is helpful but not necessary
• Strong emphasis on developing product knowledge
• Physical ability to perform the physical requirements listed above

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of Mezzanine policies and procedures
• Basic understanding of the cash register

Benefits

• Flexible schedule with some Saturdays required
• All major holidays are required (excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
• Required participation in the Annual Winter & Ski Event (1st Saturday in November)

Pay

Schedule

40 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 7:00 am and ending as late as 8:30 pm. Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Reporting Relationship

Reports directly to the Mezzanine Supervisor.
