Mets Baseball & Softball Camps Director (Fairfield - CT/Westchester)

Qualifications

• Make a nine-week commitment Monday-Friday for approximately nine hours per day
• Available from June 15-August 21, 2026 to be in person at each camp site, with option to start sooner in a remote capacity
• A polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability having extensive management experience
• Able to pass a comprehensive background and reference check process
• Prepared to travel to all of our sites in Long Island and Brooklyn or Connecticut with reliable transportation

Requirements

• At a minimum, must be familiar with the basic fundamentals of baseball
• Experience and comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations

Pay

Pay is based on skill level and experience. The weekly range for this position is $1,360 to $1,600 per week.
