Mets Baseball & Softball Camps Coach/Counselor (Millburn - New Jersey)

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers
• Manage and motivate campers to have fun each day of camp
• Execute New York Mets Baseball Camps Curriculum daily, under the direction of the Site Director
• Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games
• Highlight teachable moments for campers to learn and grow from
• Work together with other team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Mets Baseball Camps stellar reputation

Qualifications

• Be prepared to make a commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day, preferably for a minimum 3-5 week commitment
• Mets Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from June 15, 2026 to August 21, 2026
• Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own
• Be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Pay

• Professional Educator: $23.00/hour - Requires at least 1 school year of paid teaching experience and/or proof of teaching certification
• Coach: $19.00/hour - Requires at least 2 years of professional coaching experience in baseball or softball or another sport
• Camp Counselor: $17.25/hour - College Student/Recent Graduates only
