In addition to weights and calibration services, we also manufacture a full line of laboratory equipment including shakers, hotplates, and vortex mixers. Our Opening and Your Responsibilities If you are a strong leader looking for a great opportunity, please consider applying for our Certification Laboratory Supervisor role. This role provides operational supervision of the Troemner's precision Calibration Laboratories. Here's what the day-to-day looks like: * Manage the processing of all weight orders. * Maintains a daily focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. * Supervise calibrators and other assigned employees to perform calibrations of new weights and customer owned weights. * Work with Quality and Metrology Departments in development and maintenance of measurement assurance programs and in preparation for accreditation of calibration disciplines. * Coordinate with Planning department on flow of work in Labs. * Participates in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, operating methods, and waste elimination. * Other duties may be assigned. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced Excel skills required; experience in SAP preferred.
