Metrology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the setup, monitoring and execution of scanning inspection for semiconductor devices.
• Collecting and analyzing AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) data to identify trends, failures and areas of improvement.
• Supporting the optimization of AOI process.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality and equipment engineering.
• Documenting process flows and technical reporting clearly and accurately.
• Participating in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Adhering to safety and quality standards in all process activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in AI integration is considered an asset.
• Six-Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, MS Power BI or similar).
• Good understanding of Safe Working and 5S Practices.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between €40,000 and €48,000 gross per year, depending on experience and the level of seniority within the organization.
