About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols within a 60-mile radius of your home clinic
• Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Aid with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for patient care
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic medical industry
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Valid driver’s license required
• Residence within close proximity to a Milan Laser clinic

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to help train new providers following successful completion of provider training
