About the role

Tesla is seeking a Non-CDL Certified Driver to contribute to an exceptional customer experience as the face of our service logistics team. This role involves delivering automotive parts between Tesla locations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts, transferring between Tesla delivery locations within a set geographic area
• Communicate with operational parties, update shipment statuses using handheld devices or laptops
• Monitor, schedule, and maintain vehicle service, ensuring registration and insurance are up to date
• Perform vehicle cleaning, including washing and minor detailing
• Load, secure, unload, and deliver parts to Tesla locations while preventing damage

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with DOT Non-CDL Certification and Medical Card
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and glass (up to 50 pounds) and secure materials to avoid damage
• Must qualify for forklift certification
• Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
• Ability to work overtime, multiple shifts, and adapt to flexible scheduling
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to follow instructions
• Proficiency in using maps and directions for efficient routing
• Working knowledge of automotive parts preferred

Pay

• Driver I: $28.97 - $32.30/hour
• Driver II: $33.39 - $36.91/hour
• Driver III: $36.66 - $42.60/hour

Pay may vary based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include cash and stock awards.
