Responsibilities
- Aid in the development of information to enhance maintenance activities
- Create methods to retrieve relevant reports and queries from databases and conduct analysis and metrics on the data as per the agreement with relevant work groups to fulfill business needs
- Offer expert advice and recommendations in the creation of tools, processes, metrics, and reports to align with business needs
- Develop products that effectively communicate complex analysis through methods such as graphs, charts, and tables
- Utilize Access, SharePoint, SQL, VBA, HTML, and other relevant database and web-development software to organize, analyze, and interpret data
Qualifications
- Three years of specific experience in business management and analysis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business and analysis-related fields
- Experience with Access, SharePoint, and other similar business analyst software and applications
