METRC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Log all data entries into METRC accurately and efficiently
• Ensure the proper development of batches, tags, and labels
• Perform repetitive data entry tasks related to strain analysis and/or crop registration
• Maintain inventory of plant tags and notify the MOD when necessary
• Train and educate team members across departments (primarily Cultivation) on SOPs related to METRC compliance

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to numerical detail – batch numbers, tag numbers etc.
• Familiarity with METRC Software from start to finish (batch creation to harvest)
• Ability to delegate tasks to team members and ensure proper execution
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially excel

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., destemming, trimming, packaging, both sitting & standing)
• Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (bright lights, mechanical operations that require ear protection, hazardous environments requiring respirator usage etc.)
• Physical requirements include standing, bending and lifting up to 30+ pounds, climbing and working above shoulder height for extended periods, reaching while standing, sliding under machinery on creepers to perform maintenance, and pushing carts and wheelbarrows
• Occasional weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits

• $18.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience
