What are Your Contributions to the Team?

• Adheres to General Work Requirements
• Assists with analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts, and risks of a change in production
• Aids in drafting the necessary working and repair documents
• Learns to analyze and estimate PCR (Program Change Request)
• Assists with analyzing equipment and workstation production capacity, as well as creating task sequency and capacity analysis
• Assists with analyzing requirements and initiating productions tool purchase orders, including ECAAR (Emergency Capital Acquisition Authorization)
• Aids Methods Planners in tool designs
• Directs Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, Set-Up Documents (Mfg Work Orders, Work Instructions (LOGs) and Tooling Work Orders)

How to Thrive in This Role?

• You typically have 0-2 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
• You have basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5
• You have basic knowledge of Project Management principles
• You have the ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
• You have manufacturing background (preferred)
• You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
