We're seeking a skilled craftsperson with hands-on experience in metal finishing, grinding, sanding, and operating precision equipment like blast cabinets and ultrasonic cleaners. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, alternating between seated and standing positions while handling materials up to 50 pounds. Work Schedule
This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week. Comprehensive training program: participate in daytime training on either 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) or 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm) during your initial onboarding period.
Pay
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour.

What You Will Do
- Transform 3D-printed metal creations into polished, customer-ready products for medical devices
- Master advanced 3D printing post-processing techniques for finishing titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum parts
- Operate high-tech equipment including precision grinders, sanders, blast cabinets, and ultrasonic cleaners
- Ensure every product meets exacting quality standards, directly impacting patient care worldwide
- Alternate between seated and standing positions for hands-on work
- Collaborate with a passionate team to solve unique challenges in 3D-printed healthcare solutions
- Lift up to 50lbs and perform sustained physical tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace upholding high standards for safety and cleanliness in medical manufacturing
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to wear Full Face, Half Face, and/or Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (fit-testing provided during hiring and annually)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- This position serves the Metals Post Processing Group, which includes the need to work on export-controlled products from aerospace and defense customers
