Responsibilities

• Metallography and Metallurgical Lab work
• Heat Treatment and HIP processes
• ASTM and ISO Standards compliance
• Aerospace Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
• Materials Testing and Metallographic Preparation
• Microscopy and Failure Analysis
• Laboratory Technician duties including process audits, traceability, and technical reporting
• Engineering Specifications adherence and inspection procedures
• Continuous Improvement initiatives and data analysis
• Documentation Control and management

Requirements

• Experience in metallography, metallurgical lab, heat treat, and related fields
• Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, NADCAP standards
• Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
