Metal Jacket

About the role

This position is responsible for inspecting pontoons for defects, repairing defects, and applying a corrosion-inhibiting coating called Metal Jacket. Individuals in this role must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all material for scratches and defects
• Operate small hand tools
• Apply Metal Jacket coating
• Use hoists
• Accurately and efficiently read prints and production schedules

Requirements

• Safely operate hand tools and small shop power equipment
• Team player with a positive attitude and good attendance
• Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, climbing, squatting for 8+ hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Pay

Compensation is based on past job history, knowledge, and experience.
