What You’ll Do
- Grind and smooth welds on metal parts
- Sand and prep surfaces for high-quality paint finish
- Use hand grinders, sanders, and power tools
- Inspect parts for scratches, pits, or defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining required finish quality
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with grinding, sanding, polishing, or finishing (auto body, fabrication, or similar work is a strong plus)
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Able to balance speed and quality in a production environment
- Good judgment to know when a part meets spec vs. needs additional work
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
