Metal Finisher – 2nd Shift

About the role

Join our growing manufacturing team as a Metal Finisher in Middletown, NY. This hands-on role supports pre- and post-coating processes, ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment used in pre- and post-coating processes
• Perform in-process inspections before and after coating
• Assist with hardware preparation for coating applications
• Complete process documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure all tasks meet quality and procedural standards
• Follow safety protocols and work in confined spaces as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition (EBPVD) and Plasma processes preferred
• Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Pay

$21.00/hour + 6% shift differential

Schedule

• Training: First shift (approx. 1 week)
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM (paid for 40 hours)
