We're hiring for a Metal Fabrication Associate position in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, fabrication, welding, or machine operation experience who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a productive team. What You'll Do

• Cut, grind, drill, and assemble metal components to specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Read measurements, blueprints, and work instructions
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with material handling and general shop duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What You Need

• Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to read and follow measurements and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Overtime: Available
• Days/hours: Day Shift
