Metal Building Assembler / Carpenter

The Opportunity

As an integral part of an authorized Butler Builder® team, you will help deliver the industry’s highest standard of structural integrity on elite Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) systems. This role offers the chance to build a long-term career in a stable, family-oriented culture that values technical precision and the grit required to execute specialized industrial projects. You will transition from simply "swinging a hammer" to mastering the assembly of complex structures that are built to last.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive mindset toward job site safety
• Basic math skills and the proven ability to read a tape measure with high accuracy
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain mobile (climbing, kneeling, or standing) for extended shifts
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to ensure consistent attendance at project sites
• Ownership of basic field gear, specifically work pants and steel-toed boots

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior hands-on experience in commercial or industrial construction
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpentry or construction are a plus
• Experience or certification in operating heavy equipment such as aerial lifts or telehandlers
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment

• Weekly pay cycle with eligibility for occasional overtime based on project demand
