About the Role

As a Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a best-in-class, white-glove experience through immersive, hands-on demos of cutting-edge wearable and mixed reality technology. You’ll represent our client’s brand with enthusiasm, educating consumers and turning product demonstrations into meaningful customer acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories
• Conduct world-class demonstrations of our client’s mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
• Process consumer transactions using our client’s Point of Sale (POS) system
• Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
• Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
• Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
• Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

• Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
• Leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
• Must be results and detail-oriented
• Extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
• Able to ask effective questions and be an active listener
• High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
• Flexible availability including nights & weekends

Physical Requirements

• Engaging with customers while talking, standing, walking, and conducting demos of our client’s product which includes repetitive use of hands, arms, legs and grasping
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Sometimes lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation

Pay

Minimum Pay USD $25.00/Hr.

Schedule

Must have availability for on-and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours.
