In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Meta products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Meta’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience. Our team fully provides all technology training.

• Be a Team Player: Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically. Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device.
• Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• An impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required.

Pay

$21.50 per hour

Schedule

6 hours guaranteed per week, On-call coverage hours can vary weekly.
