Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a Meta specialist with at least 2 years of experience who doesn't just work by intuition but truly understands how the platform operates. Someone who knows that ROAS isn't just a number—it's an indicator of whether you've genuinely understood the user, the algorithm, and the entire purchase process. And that "optimize" isn't a shortcut for luck, but a strategy based on testing, data, and audience understanding.

We need someone who can independently lead Meta advertising—from idea to results. Someone who doesn’t need daily instructions but understands what it means to be 100% responsible for a campaign. A person who grasps the different stages of the funnel and can craft the right message for each, connecting them into a coherent system that gradually guides a stranger from "I don’t know who you are" to "where can I buy?"

If you understand that on Meta, the winner isn’t the one with the biggest budget but the one who can deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, then read on—you might be the person we’re looking for.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facebook and Instagram campaigns from audience research to testing, optimization, and reporting.
• Think in funnels and track key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
• Determine when a campaign needs adjustments—or a complete pivot.
• Collaborate with designers and ensure strong copywriting, recognizing that even the best optimization can’t fix a weak message.
• Work on diverse projects, primarily focused on high-ticket products and lead-gen marketing for businesses and professionals selling knowledge (speakers, coaches, trainers, etc.).

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Meta advertising.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of campaigns.
• Deep understanding of the Meta platform, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Experience with funnel-based strategies and multi-stage messaging.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Bonus: Copywriting skills and experience collaborating with designers.
