MES Solution Architect Manager (Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete)

Work you'll do
- Leading discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into solution functionality
- Collaborating with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete solutions
- Performing functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design activities for MES implementations
- Leading delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environment
- Contributing to practice growth by sharing knowledge, helping solve client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades
- 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
- Able to lead 2+ MES implementations and define system architecture
- Experience leading projects or workstreams
- Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete
- Consulting experience
- Siemens Opcenter certification
- Experience leading project teams in a client service environment
Wage Range
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Additional Information
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
