Work you'll do

• Lead discussions with senior leaders on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
• Gather business requirements, translate requirements into MES functionality, and collaborate with technical architects on scalable solution design
• Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for iBase-t Solumina MES solutions
• Deliver MES projects in a fast-paced, team environment across implementation and deployment activities
• Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration on future MES capabilities

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience, including 4+ years implementing iBase-t Solumina solutions
• Experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification development, system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, support, and process documentation
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Ability to lead 2+ MES implementations and system architecture
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
• Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
• Preferred qualifications: Prior consulting experience, 3+ years of experience working with the iBase-t Solumina platform, Software vendor certification, Experience leading a project team in a client environment, Experience presenting technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited subject matter knowledge
