Work you'll do

  • Conduct discussions with senior leaders on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
  • Lead business discussions to gather requirements, translate requirements into MES functionality, and collaborate with technical architects on scalable solutions
  • Perform functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for MES solutions
  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Promote knowledge sharing, help address client challenges, and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice

Awards and Recognition

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification development, system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
    • 5+ years of experience implementing AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
    • 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification development, system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
    • Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities
    • Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture
    • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
    • Prior consulting experience
    • 3+ years of experience working with the AVEVA platform
    • Software vendor certification
    • Experience leading project teams in a client environment
    • Experience presenting technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background knowledge

    Benefits

    • Reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300
    • You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
