MES Project Manager (REMOTE-USA) The Select Group is undertaking a large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to join the team. This role will take ownership of driving the implementation forward. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management discipline, hands-on experience in regulated manufacturing environments, and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around a shared implementation roadmap. Additional Note: This position is remote with travel as needed to Lodi, CA. What You'll Bring: PMP certificationProven experience managing MES implementation projectsBackground in medical device and/or manufacturing industriesStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfortable driving work independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility projectSolid understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows Required Education / Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related fieldPMP certification requiredAdditional certifications in Lean/Six Sigma a plus Bonus Experience Experience with specific MES platforms. Camstar is priority, but experience with POMSnet, Werum PAS-X, or similar is acceptableFamiliarity with validation processes in regulated manufacturing (GMP/FDA)Prior experience with system implementation transitions or PM handoffsSix Sigma or Lean manufacturing exposure What You'll Do: Lead and manage day-to-day execution of the MES implementation projectCoordinate across IT, quality, manufacturing, and engineering stakeholder groupsTrack project timelines, milestones, risks, and budgetFacilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to leadershipDrive resolution of roadblocks and cross-team dependenciesEnsure project documentation and change controls align with regulatory requirementsSupport knowledge transfer and continuity from the outgoing MES PM TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
