MES Functional Consultant – Siemens

Key Responsibilities

• Provide MES functional consulting expertise to support manufacturing operations.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Deliver technical and functional solutions using Siemens Shopfloor Connect.
• Manage application maintenance and support, ensuring seamless system performance.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira for incident tracking and resolution.
• Ensure timely task execution with high-quality outcomes.
• Act as an individual contributor, taking full ownership of deliverables.
• Maintain strong communication skills, proactively engaging with teams.
• Align with customer culture and business expectations.
• Perform due diligence to meet business objectives efficiently.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in MES Functional Consulting.
• Strong expertise in Siemens Shopfloor Connect.
• Proven experience in application maintenance and support.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Rally, and Jira.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while engaging with stakeholders effectively.
