About the role
This position is part of the Merrill Advisor Development Program (ADP) for Financial Solutions Advisors (FSAs). It involves obtaining necessary licenses, learning foundational advisor skills, and eventually progressing to become a Merrill Financial Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
- Learn and apply foundational skills for advising clients, including relationship management, financial planning, and solution guidance.
- Work in a financial center to assist with core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office to build a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
- Progress through the ADP stages to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor.
Requirements
- Successfully complete Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66).
