About the Role
The Restaurant Server within our Merion fine dining restaurant will provide exceptional service to members and guests in a prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable manner to ensure a pleasurable dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus service charge.

Responsibilities
- Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC).
- Greet each member and their guest with a smile and warm welcome.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and beverage offerings.
- Inform members of daily specials and offer recommendations upon request.
- Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them in the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that each request is fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Keep the dining room clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Promote an attitude of teamwork by assisting other team members on the floor and with side work.
- Become an expert using the Jonas POS system.
- Follow and adhere to the AAC standard of tableside service.
- Fulfill both opening and closing side work on each shift.
- Assist in other departments/club functions to help the club as needed, including Special Events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain an alcohol pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek.
- Prior fine-dining serving experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Friendly, people-oriented individual with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and carrying heavy trays.
