Mergers & Acquisitions Integrations Manager
About the role
The Manager of M&A Integrations plays a crucial part in ensuring that newly acquired Advisor practices seamlessly integrate into the Hightower platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both the new practices' workflows and the Hightower platform.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with new advisory practices to understand their operations, such as client onboarding, trading, and compliance, to optimize their integration.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Hightower platform to facilitate efficient operations once fully integrated.
- Collaborate with Hightower subject matter experts to address operational needs specific to each new practice.
- Auxiliary integration project plans with the unique qualities of each new practice.
- Track the execution of project plans and communicate with home office SMEs as necessary.
- Work with home office SMEs and Advisor practices to establish best practices for ongoing support and optimization.
- Monitor key KPIs to ensure success, including Advisor platform readiness, usage, and adoption, and pre/post close processing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an operational role for an RIA preferred
- CRM, client reporting, custodian, and other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in an Advisory practice within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) environment
- Naturally curious and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable navigating the nuances of Advisor operations

Pay
Base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience).
Schedule
Monday through Thursday in-office, Friday remote work.
