Mercy SW Missouri/Kansas Earn As You Learn Fall 2026

Position Details

Mercy's EAYL program provides LPN/RN senior level Nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend for the completion of their senior practicum (last semester) at a Mercy hospital.

Students will receive structured support throughout their senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managers.

Application Information

• To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation- it is encouraged that this is on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on.
• Commitment time after graduation is 6 months.
• To be considered for the program, you must submit an application by July 3rd, 2026.
• You will need to submit 2 letters of recommendation.
