Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Monday–Thursdays & remote Fridays)

About the role

The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go-to-Market, and product management activities. This role will ensure merchandised assortments allow for appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation in the marketplace, and drive incremental growth. The position involves optimizing the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format.

Responsibilities

• Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing, and distribution decisions.
• Work to ensure the assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that the end state is profitable, consumer-right assortments.
• Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation and deliver differentiation in the marketplace.
• Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format.

Requirements

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree is typically required. One of the following alternatives may be accepted:

• PhD or Law degree with 3 years of experience
• Master’s degree with 4 years of experience
• Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience
• High School diploma with 7 years of experience

Experience

A minimum of 5+ years of directly relevant work experience is required with a Bachelor’s Degree.
