Key Responsibilities
- Aid in managing, retaining, and accelerating the growth of accounts through proactive client engagement, including evaluating Merchants and contributing to optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to analyze data and ensure program optimization.
- Ensure adherence to strong network quality standards across Skimlinks Publishers regarding Merchant promotion.
- Attend conferences and industry events to represent Skimlinks to prospective clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience in a structured sales environment.
- Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing, or media industry.
- Knowledge of CPC and CPA cost models and associated KPIs (Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), New to File (NTF), conversion, cost of sale, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, relationship building, and account management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical aptitude with great attention to detail.
- Driven to help merchants find growth opportunities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven with a proven track record of exceeding goals.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position in New York is $75k - $85k. This role is also eligible to participate in our bonus plan under which you might be eligible for additional earnings in accordance with such plan.
