About the role
As the Merchandise Supervisor, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing the Merchandise Associate team. You will lead this team to drive strategic sales growth through the maintenance and execution of the SmartStock Program, ensuring the team meets all expectations with up-to-date knowledge of programs and policies.
Responsibilities
- Grow division same-store sales through category management and in-store service execution.
- Maintain current knowledge of all selling technology and enterprise strategies, applying them daily with the Merchandise Team.
- Hire, train, support, and manage the sales service team.
- Review and provide performance reports.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve goals for Corporate Marketing Programs.
- Build relationships across all accounts.
- Manage and direct the team to ensure objectives are met and policies are adhered to.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel Monday through Friday to customer locations in the assigned territory (Florida: Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Panama City, Pensacola).
- Must be flexible to support the needs of the business.
Skills
- Ability to organize multiple staff with multi-account ledgers to execute geographically efficient routes and effective in-store time management.
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.), specifically with data analysis.
- Excellent customer service and internal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the convenience retail industry.

Pay
$60,000 - $65,000 base salary.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility to support business needs). Travel is 100% Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
