Merchandising Shipping/Receiving
About the role
Maintain and support Will Call Stock, stock sales floor, organize warehouse, conduct inventory checks, prepare and ship orders, and handle store transfers.
Responsibilities
- Complete invoices and process returns
- Receive and process replenishment shipments
- Maintain store stock/sales literature and event displays
- Conduct inventory checks
- Prepare and ship orders as well as store transfers
- Accurately complete all associated paperwork
Requirements
- Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
- Quick learner and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining high business ethical standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or merchandising experience
- Forklift experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organization, time-management, and basic math skills
- Previous customer service experience
