About the role

The Merchandise Processing Associate plays a crucial role in Savers / Value Village, ensuring that donated items are processed efficiently and accurately. This position is essential for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, and organize donated items according to category and condition.
• Handle and process returned items, including grading, pricing, and restocking.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duty/position.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
