• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday – 1.5-hour flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers
• Support During Festive Seasons: ensure each store is prepared for peak demand during key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas
• Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and inventory adjustments
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders
• Walk and stand for most of the shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
• Internet access and a smartphone
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
