About the role

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. You will work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory. Falcon Farms provides all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support festive-season preparations for key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and adjusting inventory.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$40.00 per visit

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• One hour per visit, flexible schedule
