Merchandising Gig - Floral

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. We provide all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support stores during key festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to prepare for increased demand.
• Participate in department resets, including setting up new displays and adjusting inventory.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:10 AM – 12:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
