Merchandising - Floral (Single Location)

About the role

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser and help bring color and joy to customers’ lives through beautiful floral arrangements. You will ensure flower displays are perfectly presented in each store you visit, directly impacting shoppers’ experience while working with a planned route and the tools needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to prepare stores for increased demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities as needed.

Pay

$35.00 per visit.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
