Retail Merchandiser (Field-based) Implement merchandising standards in client stores to support retail operations and maximize sales. Set and maintain shelves according to approved planograms.Stock and replenish product; rotate inventory to support freshness and availability.Place and update promotional signage to drive visibility.Ensure on-shelf availability and accuracy within assigned areas.Collect basic in-store data using a mobile app.Communicate with store teams on merchandising priorities and execution needs.Identify opportunities to improve merchandising presentation and performance. Qualifications & Skills Strong merchandising and merchandising execution skills (planogram sets, stocking, signage).Ability to manage on-site tasks with attention to detail and quality.Comfort using mobile technology to capture in-store information.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset with store teams.Interest in analytics-driven merchandising and continuous learning.
