Merchandiser (Union)

As a Merchandiser, you will ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. You will guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store, while developing and preserving internal and external customer relationships and representing Swire Coca-Cola.

Schedule

5 days/week, 5:30am to 2:00pm (Overtime and Weekends required)

Pay

$22.41 - $29.13/hr plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
• Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance (not responsible for transporting products)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
