As a Merchandiser, you ensure all Swire Coca-Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. You guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store, while developing and preserving internal and external customer relationships as a representative of Swire Coca-Cola.

Schedule

5 days per week, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Overtime and weekends required.

Pay

Base pay range: $22.41 – $29.13 per hour, plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Actual pay offered depends on the candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Wages are paid bi‑weekly with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward for easy product identification.
• Rotate products to ensure quality following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items throughout assigned stores by moving, stacking, and building according to supervisor and store management instructions and schedules.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner.
• Prepare credited product unfit for sale for return within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within assigned routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance (you are not responsible for transporting products).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
