About the role

As a Merchandiser at Swire Coca-Cola, you will ensure all customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards. You will maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability to guarantee customer satisfaction while representing Swire Coca-Cola and developing internal and external customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward for easy product identification
• Rotate products following a first-in, first-out stocking system to ensure product quality
• Build displays and other promotional items according to instructions and schedules from supervisors and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
• Prepare credited product unfit for sale for return within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance (you are not responsible for transporting our products)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs

Pay

Base pay range is $22.41 to $29.13/hour plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Schedule

Five 8-hour shifts per week beginning at 6am (overtime and weekends required).
