Merchandiser - Travel Retail Service

About the Role

The Merchandiser Travel Retail Service executes reset and remodel tasks in retail environments, including implementing plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities. The role involves collaborating with store personnel, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring proper product displays and shelf organization.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete resets and remodels accurately.
• Perform tasks such as moving, cleaning, installing shelves, displaying merchandise, and processing reorders.
• Partner effectively with store staff to achieve merchandising goals.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to reset activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Work in cold environments, demonstrating strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience reading planograms; retail resets preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using technology such as smartphones and computers.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and customer service driven.
• Effective in a team, with decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays and occasional weekends.
